Requirements
The request must come from the staff member’s manager or supervisor.
The request must be in writing, either via email or via a ticketing system.
The request should specify the role profile(s) that a staff member should be granted (see Alma role profile to roles reference )
The request should specify a role expiration date if appropriate.
