Directions
I only need a database server for the data:
- Read the IU Research Data Complex (RDC) usage policies.Fill out the RDC Database Account Application.
- Get a MySQL account on the RDC.
- Secure your own environment.
- Access your MySQL database on the RDC from your application host.
- Create MySQL user accounts.
- Secure the connection with SSL to encrypt the SQL traffic.
I also need a place to host the application:
- Use the RDCweb application server.
- Contact RDC administrators for help.
