When the person does not have a paid position with the libraries, but still needs Alma access, they must first be sponsored for a netid and Duke email, and then for library access. After they have a netid and email address, an Alma account can be requested for them.
Step 1: Sponsor the person for a netid and email address. DUL staff should work with Library HR on that process.
