Get Overleaf Premium for free

  1. If you do not usually log in to your Overleaf account with your Duke email, in Overleaf, go to Account > Account Settings and add your Duke email as a secondary email. If you do usually log in to your Overleaf account with your Duke email, it would be wise to add a permanent email address as your primary email address so you can still access all your documents when you are no longer affiliated with Duke.

  2. Email problem@phy.duke.edu and ask for Overleaf premium.

  3. Once you get a response to your email saying you’ve been added, log out of your Overleaf account, and log back in using your Duke email with SSO. Your account should be upgraded.
