YBP Duke Authors Approval

Box arrives with YBP-US shipment and is marked "Duke Authors" on the top label.

Records are batch loaded and batch invoiced with the YBP-US shipment; books have shelf-ready processing with spine labels and barcodes on dust-jackets.


Processing:

  • Verify the item location has been changed to PK7 temp location.
  • Flag books with Duke Authors Display flag, unless the book has a Divinity location.
  • Divinity books do not go to Perkins and do not get a temp location; they go to Divinity library. If the book has a dust-jacket, insert a yellow Co-Libri flag for Conservation.
