Scope: OTT stands for Ottoman Turkish Titles. This could be adapted for other non-Roman script serial titles that are outsourced. Rachel Lundberg drafted these templates during the project that ran 2014-2015.

General Instructions for recording numbering and dates
Record all the numbering and dates (designation) on the issue. This includes whole numbering and alternative numbering and dating systems.
Whole numbering example: sene 10, cilt 1, 1335 mart, numara 91
