Known Post-Project Work
Scope: Bibliographic data (i.e. bib, holding, item) cleanup is an essential activity to ensure data integrity and operational efficiencies. This page lists all of the follow-up work for the FY22 project, these may be enhancement to the original project, components not identified in time for the project, or remaining cleanup for a components. This page will be updated to reflect new or updated information as the timeline advances.

OCLC holdings updates | Some electronic resources ordered by Ford, Med, and Goodson may have erroneously been set to DUL in the Full Match collection – completed in Jan. 2023 |
Look at .notokay files | These are the records that have been updated since we sent the extract to OCLC. |
IPS=PD | Clean up by changing to "ZZ" then retire PD for "current" materials. For older materials, check Caiasoft, look at circulations, etc. Potentially these are all lost. |
