DRAFT - Updating Item Process Type

Scope: Updating Alma to reflect that a ‘not in place’ item is in at rest at the LSC.

If an item is known to be at the LSC but Alma shows that it is not:

Update your location in Alma by clicking the Location icon and selecting LSC Accession Default Department:

Then go to Fulfillment, Scan In Items

Open

Leave the ‘Set Status To’ field blank, select Yes for ‘Done’ and add the barcode in the ‘Scan item barcode’ field. Click OK.

Open

Now the item has a process type of ‘Transit for Reshelving’ and will automatically update in a few days.
