How to turn off lending at the tenant level in ReShare

If needed, lending can be completely turned off in ReShare at the tenant level through the Directory app.

In the directory app, find the institution entry for Duke, and click Actions → Edit.

In custom properties, change the ILL Loan policy from Lending all types to Not lending.

To resume lending, change the ILL loan policy value back to Lending all types.
