Alma built-in functionality - Physical condition field

On the physical item record, Alma has a drop-down field under General Information called “Physical Condition” with drop-down values. There are four values out of the box; additional values can be configured but we have not done so. The field does not drive any workflows.

Dummy accounts

Some libraries used dummy accounts in Aleph to track damaged items that needed repair, and those migrated to Alma
