As of 8/11/2025, the CaiaSoft Accessions API appends the Accession date to Alma Note 1. It had previously overwritten Note1.

What is needed to be documented (or linked to if already documented):

  • Item requested from LSC general collection for pickup on campus

  • Item in LSC general collection returned on campus for resend to LSC and reshelve in CAIASoft

  • Item in Special Collections at LSC - requested to be brought to campus for use

  • Item in Special Collections on Campus - sending back to LSC for reshelve

  • Currently owned item, general collections, being permanently moved from campus to LSC

  • Currently owned item, special collections, being permanently moved from campus to LSC

  • New item, general collections, accessioned directly to LSC

  • New item, special collections, accessioned directly to LSC
