How to republish a record(s) so it will be picked up by pipeline

Scenario: you want to republish a record so that it will be picked up by the pipeline without messing up anything. Here’s how you do it:

1. In Alma, click on “Manage Sets” and make a set (itemized or logical)

2. Click on “Publishing Profiles” from the “Resources” tab

   and open “OAI-PMH for TRLN Discovery”

3. Click “Republish” (button at the top of the “OAI-PMH for TRLN Discovery” page

4. Select “Republish Subset” from the pop-up and specify set and then “Run Now”. This set will now be harvested according to the schedule.
