Requests and ILR links from the Ex Libris Services page

This page is meant to record some quick-and-dirty screenshots of our in-progress request and ILR links being added to the Ex Libris Services page - screenshots need to be added.

IMPORTANT - the codes are referenced in CSS customization that has been applied, so even though they are inconsistent with each other, you don’t want to change them because it will break the customization.
