Troubleshooting when the LSC reports they did not receive requests in CAIASoft as expected
Check the status of the most recent job that should have sent requests to CAIASoft
The job is a Fulfillment type job and is called “Send Requests to Remote Storage”
Try re-running the “Send Requests to Remote Storage” job
If the last job errored out, and the error report suggests something transitory (e.g., can’t connect to sftp.caiasoft.com), you can try re-running the job manually. Note that you must be logged in with your Alma general system administrator account to do this.
Go to Configuration > General > Integration Profiles > Caiasoft
Go to Actions > Export Requests and click Run
If re-running it does not fix the issue
