Additional Usage Agreement

For situations in which Copyright and License settings and the MorphoSource Download Use Agreement do not meet the use and re-use restriction requirements of one or more stakeholders associated with a given media, a custom additional usage agreement can be specified. Data contributors may either provide (1) a stable URL to an agreement (e.g., a page on an official museum website) or (2) a TXT, PDF, or DOCX document file. When an additional usage agreement is provided, users that download media will be required to agree to the terms of the additional usage agreement before being allowed to complete the download.  As with other user-contributed information, documents, and assets, MorphoSource is not responsible in any way for the content of these contributed additional usage  agreements or whether users follow their terms.
