My organization has additional usage restrictions

In addition to the controls on use and reuse present in the "Organization Permission Defaults" form, organizational managers can supply further open-ended conditions on use via the Additional usage agreement field. This can either be an uploaded agreement file or a URL to your agreement file. Media downloaders will be required to specifically indicate that they consent to follow your agreement when downloading the file. Media contributors can't supply their own additional usage agreements when contributing media, even if an organization manager leaves the field blank (although under special circumstances, site admins can add additional agreements on a media case-by-case basis).
