How are cross-listed courses created in Alma?

For cross-listings, we determine the primary cross listing for the course (usually by asking the faculty member) and put the Canvas course code into the Alma course code field.

Then, in searchable ids, we add the additional course codes.

Example: Music 147 crosslisted with AAAS187, taught by a music faculty member.
