Currently, the best option for creating and managing appointments for study participants is the calendar feature built into IU's Exchange environment. When using this method, it is crucial that you are creating and managing the appointments using an IU group account created for this purpose. The issue with using an existing departmental group account or your personal account is that your schedule, and thus participant appointments are likely already shared/visible to people that are outside of the study team. Since study participant appointments are sensitive information, they should be limited to those that have a need-to-know.
