How are cross-listed courses created in Alma?
For cross-listingsThe course is created when the faculty member opens Leganto from Canvas, and so it takes the course listing from Canvas.
For imported courses from FOLIO, we determine the primary cross listing for the course (usually by asking the faculty member) and put the Canvas course code into the Alma course code field.

Locate the course reading list in Alma.
Locate the citation for the item(s) that the faculty member is asking for.
Use the “Manage fulfillment options” choice from the “…” action menu for the citation.
Select the item and put in a temporary move request to move the item to the correct reserves location.
