Beginning Monday, February 5th, all incoming items with LC Class “TR” (photography books), should be processed as follows: Sublibrary: PERKN / Item Collection: TAP. Spine labels will still print out with “Lilly” locations, but these books should be included on carts destined for Perkins. Some “TR” items will arrive on shipments with batch loaded orders and bib/item records. The item records for those will need to be updated to reflect the new location. Info on “TR” classed items in GOBI shipments will be noted in the exception reports.
