Retrieving Holdings Reports
Go to Services >Retrieve Catalog Records > Retrieve catalog records Using CCL (ret-03) 
Enter search at Command Language:whc=pbp and name (lower case,no spaces) for Output file:pbphldg 
Local Duke Services> Reclass Holdings Report (custom-18) Input file= pbphldg and Report=pbphldg_2 
To access report, use 'Open' in excel, and go to F:Aleph
Go to Excel to open the Loader report (file will be in F:\Users\ALEPH\Reclass reports)
Select Open; Change drop-down on far right to 'All files'; sort files by date and you will see the file you just loaded with the Custom 18 report.
When opening the file with the Text import wizard, change the file origin to Unicode (UTF-8)
