Instructions for running call number spine labels from Excel
- Open excel spreadsheet with barcodes
- Log into Aleph and open box for auto scan in barcodes by clicking on "Items" from menu across top of screen
- Then click on "Print Item Labels", as seen below, this will open Print Item Labels box where the barcode will scan in using Macro Express key strokes
- "Print Item Label" box will appear on screen
- Now click Excel spreadsheet from bottom of screen for barcodes
- Make sure the first barcode is activate in excel by click once after which
Press "ctrl+shift+." [period]
Enter the number of barcodes call numbers to print
And click ok
The macro express will begin running barcodes to Aleph box for print call numbers.
