GOBI reports come about every 2 weeks. They are supplied in an email from YBP as an attachment.

  1. Save the file in the email. (I save them in the G drive under a folder named Yankee reports).
  2. Open the file in Excel.
  3. When prompted, choose "As an XML table" and click OK.
      
  4. Click OK to accept the error.
  5. In the spreadsheet that opens, delete or hide columns you don't need, and sort by status.
  6. Look for titles that have been cancelled or need additional information.
  7. Look the title up in Aleph or GOBI and inform the Order Specialist who placed the order of the status. (Copying and pasting what is listed in the report is fine.)
