Process Details

  • Server Name: vwp-pmndmc.dhe.duke.edu
  • SQL Server JDBC JAR file location: C:\R\DatabaseConnectorJars.
  • Script location:
    • H:\OMOP\RunDQD.r - To create output file
    • H:\OMOP\ViewDQD.r - To view output file in web browser
    • H: drive is network drive for \\duhs_clin_nc\duhs_pmn_dmc_fs.
    • Can run script from R Studio or R Console.
    • Output file is placed in H:\OMOP\DQD\results.json

The results of the DQD process are available at the following web site: http://vwp-pmndmc.dhe.duke.edu/. Access to this web page must be done either through the Duke VPN or from a computer within the Duke Health network.

Web Page Refresh Note

If the web page shows a previous result, use Shift+Left Click on the web browser refresh button to clear the cache for the page and retrieve the latest version of the page from the server.

  • The same output file from the DQD process is copied to C:\R\R-4.2.3\library\DataQualityDashboard\shinyApps\www for web page access.
  •  Web server access is available via Windows IIS.

Execution Timing

The below tables shows how long it takes for the 3 main levels (TABLE, FIELD, CONCEPT) to take individually with the indicated number of threads used within the R program, RunDQD.r, on the current server being used.
