Changing rolled over list label every semester

In Configuration > Leganto > Labels - New UI, there is a label for appending a value to a reading list title when it is rolled over. The recommendation from ex libris is to change it every semester. We have it set to 2024 Fall for the first semester of Leganto.

Leganto instructor rollover settings - task for October 2024

We have enabled instructor rollover, but disabled the ability for instructors to control rollover options for the first semester, since none of the options are meaningful with our imported data.

Below is a screenshot from Leganto of what instructors could see prior to us disabling their access.
