Print Daemon Not Printing Slips

Try these steps first:

1. Deactivate the print daemon
2. Close all Aleph modules
3. Restart machine
4. Open Aleph
5. Activate print daemon

If steps 1-5 above don't fix the problem:

1. Deactivate the print daemon
2. Close all Aleph modules
3. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\temp\Aleph.
4. Check to be sure the directory was cleared.
5. If directory was not cleared, it is okay to delete the files in this temporary directory.
6. Using Windows Explorer, navigate to C:\AL500\Alephcom\files
7. Delete the file named "printd"
8. Repeat steps 1, 2, 4, 5 above.
