Use a secure Microsoft Teams location to hold secure meetings
(Alternative) Use a Zoom Health account
- Store meeting recordings in a secure storage with a Microsoft Teams location.

Email the IU HIPAA Privacy Officer to discuss options and to ensure compliance with federal and state laws.
Use the institutional storage request form to request a MS Teams secure storage location.
