Analytics reporting for Courses

As of Sep 25, 2024 , we have three local custom reports for Course Reserves staff that are set up as Analytics Objects, allowing staff to subscribe to them easily.
Report name | What it does | When it runs |

Active courses without reading lists | Reports on courses with an “Active” status that have no associated reading list. Courses in this state suggest that something is “stuck”, and outreach to the instructor may be needed. | Weekday mornings at 8 AM |
Course Copyright Requests in Waiting for Approval | Reports on citations where the copyright status is “Waiting for approval.” These citations need to be reviewed and updated. See Managing course reserves copyright clearance | Weekday mornings at 9 AM |
Course Digitization Requests | Reports on citations for active courses, where a digitization type is present, and the citation status is Being Prepared, In Process or Ready for Processing. | Weekday mornings at 7 AM. |
