Authorities Processing

MADS continues to send records to MARCive for Authorities processing through December 2024, when that vendor is scheduled to stop operations.

Process

MADS submits the publishing job ACVS - Weekly

The job creates files that are found on the DST Alma ftp server (not the Ex Libris ftp server).

Find the files MADS has requested and copy them to your local machine

Request access to the Box folder Leeda created: ACVS Files

Create a folder titled year-month-day

Upload the files to Box https://duke.box.com/s/2pa7b0my4mx9lbj0ms362f3lpqbikwdy in the folder you created

Let MADS know that the files have been uploaded.
