Bindery Shipment Paper-Work every 4 weeks' Process

Place everything in this order:

Use a binding clip to hold together:
Label Report is the cover sheet (In Excel Files)
Estimated Budget Report (In Excel Files)
Corrections (Xeroxed if we have any) 
Periodicals List (Report from ABLE) 
Monographs List (Report from ABLE)
Then any other Lots in alpha order (Digicover, Music, etc.).
Place on the Shelf Prep Coordinator's desk.
Put loose materials, recalls, etc. in tray in S&R Bindery area.
