Overdue and Lost Loan Profiles

Overdue and lost loan profiles are different than circulation rules in that the loan will be evaluated against all of the profiles, not just a first match. That means that when writing or tweaking a profile, you have to make sure that it is only going to match against the profile you want it to, and no other ones.
To make sure that claimed returned loans don’t get overdue notices or age to lost, you must make sure that the loan status field in every loan profile matches on all of the loan statuses except for the claimed returned ones - example:
