Archiving Pages on CSDP
Scope: This document describes the basic instructions for archiving deprecated pages in the CSDP spaces. Our policy is that documentation should be edited on the current page whenever possible. When that is too onerous, or the process is ceased altogether, then the related page should be archived rather than deleted.

- Change the title of the page to include Archive in square brackets at the beginning. For example, "Responsibility Chart" became "[Archive] Responsibility Chart".
- Save the page
- Move the page to Archived Documentation space within the CSDP (staff only) space, see below for detailed directions
- Using the ellipses menu at the top right of the page, click Move
- Then,
- Fill in the New Space entry field with "DUL Collections Services (staff only)"
- Fill in the New Parent Page entry field with "Archived Documentation"
