Documentation on configuring hours https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Alma/Product_Documentation/010Alma_Online_Help_(English)/050Administration/050Configuring_General_Alma_Functions/020Managing_Institutions_and_Libraries#Configuring_Institution.2FLibrary_Open_Hours
The documentation is a bit weird because you’d expect it to be its own page given how much there is to cover, but it’s actually buried in the “Configure the institution and its libraries” page
When we began working in Alma, we made the decision on the project level to enable Circulation Desk Managers to edit the calendars for their libraries so it did not have to run through LSIS. If a circulation desk manager is editing the calendar, they would go to Fulfillment > Advanced Tools > General > Opening Hours
Fixed due dates for loan rules are in the Opening Hours as a record type of “Event”. See Updating fixed due dates in Alma
By default, Ex Libris sets the “valid to” field for a calendar row three years in advance and you cannot change it in the UI. The workaround is to export the hours, change the date in Excel, and then import them back into the calendar.
