YBP Art Approval
Box arrives with YBP-US shipment and is marked "ART APPROVAL" on the top label.
Records were batch loaded and batch invoiced starting March 2017.
Processing:
Yankee does not physically process the books. Receiver barcodes and copy-catalogs as with Yankee UK approval.
Books need to be flagged with "Lilly Current Art" flags; oversized paperbacks need a "Do Not Bind" flag. Do not barcode on dust-jacket; barcode as with a usual stacks book.
Holdings and item locations read "Lilly Stacks" (LILLY / PLI). Lilly Circulation will change the location on their end.
Delete the YBP Load CID and enter a regular Cataloger CID.
Cataloged books go on the regular daily shelves for Shelf Prep.
