Scope: Services to use when the data for all the items in a collection code need to change, e.g. Item Status, or creating/removing a temporary location.

Ret-03: use wcl= to retrieve collection code
Output of ret-03 becomes input file for Manage-70.
Manage-70: BIB-TO-ITEM, convert library = DUK01
Output of manage-70 becomes input file for custom-07.
Custom-07: Item Record Keys, input file in “Barcodes” and output name in “Report”
In Excel, filter report to appropriate collection code. Copy the barcodes of the desired filtered results to a text file and save in Aleph: Files to Move.
Custom-03: .txt file to ALEPHE scratch (report selection). Becomes input file for manage-70.
Manage-70: BARCODE-TO-ITEM, convert library = DUK50
Output of manage-70 becomes input file for manage-62.
Manage-62: file out changes to make in the “To” field(s), and/or select change to/from temporary location status.
